“ Fantastic fantastic fantastic. I would get married here. The 55 day rump steak ($39$ + Allan Scott Black Label 2022 (tasting from $2+ per glass) is to die for. LOVE THE EXPERIENCE. Wonderful staff, patient kind and so beautiful experience. Highlight of my Blenheim trip. Will be back really soon ”
“ Lunch yesterday was at this beautiful restaurant amongst the vines in the wine area of Marlborough. It deservedly gets excellent reviews. The food was superb from the starter of bruchetta that was unique in that it paired blue cheese, pickled pear and walnut with a light syrup - my wife has vowed to replicate this at home! The lamb shoulder was delicious but the stars were the vegetables including the carrots done in yoghurt and zatar plus the double baked potatoes with truffl, aioli and salsa verde and some other baby vegetables. Truly a wonderful touch by the chef to create such a tasty dish as a lot going on but he pulled it together without overpowering the flavour of either the meat or the vegetables. Truly he has a light, educated "touch", sign of a chef who knows exactly what he's doing. The wines were very good and reasonably priced with a wine pairing suggested with each main - black label Pinot Noir went very well indeed with the lamb This was a truly memorable experience over a relaxing 2 hours + in a wonderful setting. Can't recommend it highly enough. (The photo of the main course lamb looks scruffy which was my fault NOT the chefs as I dived in before taking the photo!!) ”

“ Overall amazing meal at Allan Scott Bistro today! Everything was on point - customer service, vibes, menu options, presentation, taste. Only downside was that I ordered black sesame and Oreo cheesecake, but what came out was white cheesecake with a ginger nut base. No explanation that it was a different dish than what was on the menu. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“ We really loved Allan Scott Bistro. We have dined at all the other vineyard restaurants in Blenheim and for us Allan Scott Bistro is the best. Best menu best food and service. Wine list is more restrictive as they only sell the wines they grow so no Syrah. The service was pleasant and efficient. The mussel dish I had was the best mussels I have ever eaten. Mussels in a creamy soup with finely chopped ham and herbs. The Pork belly main was also exceptional. Highly recommended ”
“ What a beautiful bistro! My friend and I did the wine tasting first and then headed to the restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful, offered to make reservation without us asking, when we arrived. The food was gorgeous. There were a few vegan options on the menu. I got the risotto in muhammara, it was perfect! ”
